As a trainer, I would sometimes put 5-10 competitors in a show and with those 5-10 competitors could be up to 100+ spectators. So you've brought out an entire army of your fans and supporters. Sure it's nice to hear them cheer for you, but you've just made the organization a boatload of money and what have they done to reward you for this?! Now with Ultimate Fitness Events, if you bring out 10 or more spectators to watch you in the FINALS, you will receive 50% off your entry into your selected show! And that's not where it stops! If you bring out 15 or more spectators to watch you in the FINALS, your entry is absolutely FREE!!
Question: As a competitor, I plan to bring at least 10 or even 15 people to come watch me at the show. How will you keep track of the people I bring?
Answer: Please first note that it is only FINALS tickets that count toward the Competitor Recognition Program. Also, only tickets bought in ADVANCE count toward the program. The reason for this is that on the day of the show, it is too logistically difficult to keep track of everyone coming in to see each competitor and keep the ticketing line moving at a reasonable pace. When you purchase tickets online using TicketBreak, the system keeps track of the name of who is buying tickets, how many they have purchased as well as the ticket type. With this in mind, you have two options for taking advantage of the 50% discount or free entry. First, you can buy the tickets under your name and sell them yourself to those that are coming to support you. Alternately, you can submit a list of the names of those that have purchased tickets to come see you. In either case, we will cross reference with the TicketBreak website and credit you accordingly.
Question: I have already paid my entry fee, but have now got 10 or 15 people to come watch me in the finals. Do I get credit for these people still?
Answer: If the 10 or 15 people have purchased their tickets in advance using TicketBreak, then you will receive either 50% of your entry fees or your entire entry fees back at the competitor meeting prior to the show.
Question: Is there anything else I have to pay if I get 50-100% off of the ticket price through the Competitor Recognition Program?
Answer: The only fee that must be covered even if you receive the Competitor Recognition Program discounts is the banned substance testing fee. This fee is only $25 plus GST.
Question: What if I am in multiple divisions or categories; do all my entry fees get waived if I bring 15 people to come and watch me in the finals?
Answer: Should you bring 15 people to watch you at the finals show, your regular entry fee will be waived or refunded (if you have paid already). Additional category/division entry fees will still apply. Should you have more that 15 people coming to watch you at the finals, please contact us and we will discuss with you any additional discounts you may receive on the additional entry fees.
